Patient Experience Coordinator

Department: Customer Service/Quality Risk

Status: Full Time 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Summary:  Assess patient/customer satisfaction from admission through discharge. Resolve complaints and problems and communicating deficiencies timely and effectively to appropriate personnel. Work with staff to identify areas of improvement.

Requirements: Bilingual in Spanish is required, great customer service skills, project coordination skills, Microsoft Office skills, comfortable with technology. Bachelor's prepared, Master's preferred.
