Clinical Team Manager

Department:  Outpatient Wound Care Center

Management: Yes

Schedule: Full-Time M-F 08:00AM - 17:00PM

Reports To: Director of Wound Care Services

Summary: Provides direct supervision of all patient services personnel, coordinates Wound Care Services.

Requirements: Current CA RN license and BLS certification required. BSN preferred. Min 5 years clinical and 2 years supervisory experience preferred.  Has a strong sense of customer service, a good work ethic. Consistent attendance, responds quickly to requests, demonstrates initiative, good judgment, and decision-making skills. Able to lead clinical team, communicate administrative directives, attends the meeting. Provide direct patient care & coordinate services Adhere to safety practices and policies.
