Director, Case Management

Support Department: Case Management

Management: Yes

Schedule: Full-Time 8:00am - 16:30pm

Reports To: Senior Director Revenue Cycle

Summary:

  • Provides direction, leadership and fiscal/personnel management for Case Management and Social Services.

Requirements: 

  • Minimum five (5) years Utilization/Case Management experience.
  • Experience in acute care hospital setting, computer literate and relative certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of Title 22 and Det Norske Veritas (DNV) Standards; Medicare Conditions of Participation.
  • Current California Registered Nurse License preferred
