RN, Case Manager (Inpatient)
Support Department: Case Management
Salary Range: $50.10 - $79.01 Hourly
Schedule: FT 08:00 AM -16:30 PM
Reports To: Director of Case Management
Summary: Assure appropriate admission and level of care placement, plan, design, implement, coordinate, and evaluate care across the continuum to facilitate and ensure quality, clinical, and cost outcomes.
Requirements: Must have current CA RN Licensure with a preference of 2 years of Case Management experience in an acute care facility or a minimum of 4 years of acute hospital-based experience in critical care or adult medical/surgical care. Must have a working knowledge of Interqual IS/SI, alternative level of care, and discharge criteria.Experience working with computers. Current AHA BLS required. Case Management Certification is preferred.
